Let’s get your Perception Analyzer software installed!

Please follow the instructions below and CONTACT SUPPORT with any questions.

Important first step: Before installing the software on your computer, make sure you are logged into Windows with Administrator rights and that the computer is connected to the Internet.

Once you are logged into Windows with Administrator rights and the computer is connected to the Internet, access the software download using the link provided to you in a separate email. If you don’t receive the email, or can’t track it down, please CONTACT SUPPORT.

Once installation begins:

• Accept all installation defaults

• Read and accept the End User License Agreement

• Install drivers and K-Lite Codec Pack when prompted

• When prompted, enter the Product Key provided to you in a separate email. If you didn’t receive the email, or can’t track it down, please CONTACT SUPPORT. (Note: if you are updating from a beta version of the 9.0 software, this step won’t be required.)

• When the Perception Analyzer Console and any USB display devices are connected to the computer for the first time, the driver setup for those devices will automatically begin. Please follow any onscreen prompts to complete that driver installation.
